Live like an Oxford student!

Residential Life

Students on this residential programme will be able to enjoy their own single en-suite bedroom.  All rooms contain a bed, a desk, a desk chair, and a wardrobe.  Housekeeping provides daily cleaning of the rooms and a weekly bed linen change.

Accommodation is provided onsite at Lincoln College so this is perfect for attending lessons, dining in the college or studying in the library.  You will also be staying in close proximity to other students meaning the Lincoln College campus will become a dynamic hive for intellectual and social exchange.  Students will have access to the Junior Common Room where they can relax and enjoy each other’s company. The college is also extremely close to the centre of Oxford and the shops and cafes it has to offer.

The Lincoln College Summer Academy Programme is offered on a full-board basis.  This means all meals are included in the price.  You’ll enjoy delicious meals in the college dining hall which include breakfast, lunch and dinner (breakfast only on full-day excursions).  The dining hall is part of the late-medieval complex of buildings that forms Front Quad with a collection of stunning portraits that represent Lincoln’s long history.  Lincoln College is known for its outstanding meals and use of locally sourced produce; they strive to cater for every individual.  A vegetarian option is available as standard and other dietary requirements can usually be met if requested in advance.

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a formal dining experience – a famous Oxford tradition where students wear formal dress and are served a sumptuous three course dinner.  This extraordinary dining experience is sure to create cherished memories that will stand out as a highlight of the programme.
