Academic Workshops

The aim of these workshops is to unlock the student’s potential, by building on their existing skills and providing them with the tools and information to prepare for their future. The workshops explore a range of topics and will provide students with transferable skills as well as hopefully learning something completely new.  Previous workshops have included:

Guest Lectures

Dr Daniel Gerrard is the Academic Director of the Summer Academy Programme, and a lecturer of Medieval History at Lincoln College.  

Dr Gerrard read Medieval History and English for his undergraduate degree at St Andrews, where he also completed an M.Litt in Medieval History.  Following this he moved to the University of Glasgow, where he wrote his doctoral thesis.  

Dr Gerrard has held numerous academic positions at universities across the UK and has been with Lincoln College since 2015.
